Nil-paid rights shares are set to trade starting Wednesday, 17 December 2025, with the latest time for splitting the provisional allotment letters noted as Friday, 19 December 2025. The last day of dealings in nil-paid rights shares is Monday, 29 December 2025, and the final time for acceptance and payment is 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 2 January 2026. Any unsubscribed or non-qualifying rights shares are expected to be placed in the market beginning Friday, 9 January 2026, with the latest time for placing these shares set for Monday, 12 January 2026, and a completion date by Tuesday, 13 January 2026.
The results of the rights issue and the placing arrangements are expected to be announced on Monday, 19 January 2026. Certificates for fully paid rights shares are scheduled for dispatch on Tuesday, 20 January 2026, with trading in these shares commencing on Wednesday, 21 January 2026. The designated broker will provide odd-lot matching services beginning on the same day and cease operations for this purpose on Friday, 20 February 2026.
