The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Zhu Yongtian has been nominated by Vistra Corporate Services (HK) Limited and appointed as Company Secretary, Stock Exchange Authorized Representative and Part 16 Authorized Representative of the Company, effective August 22, 2025.
