Currently, the company's technology R&D and daily operations are proceeding normally, and the departure of these core technical personnel will not have a substantive impact on the company's core competitiveness or its sustainable operating capabilities. Mr. Fang Chuan completed the handover of his work prior to his departure, and all of the company's R&D projects are progressing normally. At present, the company's R&D team structure is complete, and there is an ample reserve of personnel; the existing core technical personnel and R&D team are capable of supporting the company's future continuous R&D work on core technologies and innovative products.
