中国国际金融股份有限公司（股票代码：03908，以下简称“中金公司”）9月7日公告称，已收到中国证券监督管理委员会下发的《证监许可[2026]2377号》批复，核准并同意其吸收合并东兴证券股份有限公司（下称“东兴证券”）和信达证券股份有限公司（下称“信达证券”），并相应批准中金公司及相关子公司主要股东、控股股东变更事宜。此举标志着此前合并协议的生效条件之一——“获得中国证监会的核准及同意注册”正式满足，为交易向前推进奠定基础。
