同时，公司于当日根据股份计划发行新股393股，发行价为每股51.74美元。发行后，公司已发行股本变动为353,131,066股，库藏股结余仍为0股。
本次回购依据2025年5月23日获股东大会通过的购回授权进行，该授权可回购股份总数为37,239,649股。公司确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及其他相关法律法规。
