According to a recent court announcement, an individual named Zheng X has filed a lawsuit against Chang An Fund, with the case categorized as a labor contract dispute. The hearing is set to take place in the Pudong district on July 14th.

Public records indicate that Ms. Zheng X holds a Master's degree in Management. Her professional background includes roles such as a trust assistant in the Asset Management Department of AVIC Trust Co., Ltd., a trader in the Asset Management Division of Tongfang Global Life Insurance Co., Ltd., and a trader in the Asset Management Department of Huatai Asset Management Co., Ltd. She previously served as a bond researcher in the Fixed Income Department at Chang An Fund Management Co., Ltd.

Chang An Fund Management Co., Ltd. was established on September 5, 2011, with a registered capital of 270 million Chinese yuan. Headquartered in Shanghai, the company managed a public fund scale of 11.202 billion yuan across 50 funds as of March 2026, with 10 fund managers under its management. Its total asset management ranking placed 138th among 212 companies.
