根据新时代集团控股有限公司（股票代码：00166）2026年5月4日披露的截至2026年4月30日的股份变动月报表显示，公司在报告期内股本保持不变。
报告期内，公司法定及注册股本均无变化，法定/注册股本为2,000,000,000港元，普通股股份总数为200,000,000,000股，每股面值0.01港元。已发行普通股由上月末的8,741,776,988股维持至本月末同一水平，未发生发行、购回或注销行为，库存股份亦无变化，期末数量保持为零。
同时，公司于2022年6月23日采纳的购股权计划下，期末共拥有80,000,000份股份期权，报告期内无新增行使或转让，未涉及任何新股发行及库存股份转让。公司确认，符合香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市规则第13.32D(1)条所列的最低公众持股量要求，本期全部股份事项均依照适用的上市规则、法律及相关规定进行，并获得董事会正式批准。
