The company CH CITY INFRA (02349) has announced the termination of its previously announced share subscription arrangements.

On June 17, 2026, the company entered into four separate subscription agreements with a group of subscribers, including Asia United Limited and several individuals, for the issuance of a total of 370 million new shares.

However, on June 18, 2026, following a mutual agreement between the company and the subscribers, all parties consented to the immediate termination of these agreements.

As a result of this termination, all parties involved are released from their respective obligations under the agreements, and the proposed share subscription will not proceed.

The company has applied for, and been granted, a resumption of trading for its shares on the Stock Exchange, effective from 1:00 p.m. on June 18, 2026.

The company's board of directors has stated that the termination of the subscription agreements is not expected to have any materially adverse impact on the group's existing business operations, financial condition, or performance.
