LANCANG TEA (06911) announced that its auditor, ShineWing (HK) CPA Limited, has resigned, effective December 8, 2025. Following deliberations by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors, the Board has resolved to propose the appointment of Dahua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the new auditor for the fiscal year 2025.
