九方智投控股有限公司（股票代码：09636）2026年7月31日发布公告称，公司当日于香港联合交易所场内回购普通股24.4万股，约占回购前已发行股份总数的0.0526%。每股最高回购价为31.54港元，最低回购价为29.70港元，合计支付约7,508,148港元（折合约750.81万港元）。
公告显示，本次回购完成后，公司未持有在外已发行股份数量由463,652,700股减至463,408,700股，同时库存股份增至4,948,300股；公司已发行股本总数仍维持在468,357,000股。公司此前于2026年6月18日获得回购授权，可回购股份总数为46,408,470股，截至目前已合计回购877,300股，占回购授权决议获通过当日已发行股份数目的约0.1891%。回购后至2026年8月30日期间，公司将暂停任何新股发行或再出售及转让库存股份。公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规，公告由联席公司秘书陶齐涛签署。
