TAIMEI TECH repurchases 3.48 million H shares in July; treasury stake climbs to 2.39%

Zhejiang Taimei Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (TAIMEI TECH) disclosed in its Monthly Return that 3.48 million H shares were bought back on the Hong Kong market during 2–24 July 2026 under the shareholder-approved mandate dated 23 June 2026.

The repurchases, carried out through 13 on-market transactions at prices ranging from HKD 5.55 to HKD 6.48, cost a total of HKD 20.57 million, translating into a volume-weighted average price of HKD 5.91 per share.

Following the buy-backs: • Issued H shares outstanding fell from 199.28 million to 195.80 million. • Treasury H shares rose from 1.31 million to 4.79 million, representing 2.39% of the 200.59 million H shares in issue. • The 3.48 million shares repurchased equal 1.74% of the H-share float at the start of the month.

Domestic share capital was unchanged at 363.19 million shares. Registered share capital remained RMB 563.78 million, with no movement in share classes.

The company confirmed that, as at 31 July 2026, its public float continued to exceed the Main Board’s 25% requirement.
