中裕能源（股票代码：03633）2026年5月7日发布翌日披露报表称，公司于当日通过香港联交所场内购回股份1,000,000股，占已发行股本约0.0367%。回购价格介乎每股2.74港元至2.75港元，总金额2,743,510港元（约274.35万港元）。
公告显示，截至本次回购后，公司已发行股本减少至2,726,805,157股，库藏股增至21,500,000股。此前购回授权通过于2025年6月2日，授权购回的股份总数为277,179,515股，目前公司已于交易所累计购回21,500,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.7757%。
