地基及地盘平整工程本期收入约3.16亿港元，同比下降16.9%。该板块在报告期内面临收益确认周期趋严及整体竞争加剧等因素。机械租赁收入约1,053万港元，同比下降39.0%，主要原因是上个报告期内数个大型租赁项目完成后，本期新租赁项目规模相对减少，以及行业需求放缓所致。
