On March 11, Tencent Cloud announced that, effective March 13, its AI Agent Development Platform (Tencent Cloud ADP) will optimize the pricing strategy for certain models. The adjustments primarily involve changes to model pricing and the conclusion of free public testing for some models. Specifically, the GLM 5, MiniMax 2.5, and Kimi 2.5 models will conclude their limited-time free public testing phase and transition to formal commercial services. Additionally, the prices for the Hunyuan series models, Tencent HY2.0 Instruct and Tencent HY2.0 Think, have been increased. Users subscribed to package plans can use their package allowances to offset a portion of the costs. According to the announcement, the Tencent Cloud AI Agent Development Platform employs a billing model based on "platform monthly/annual subscription services + top-up packages." This pricing structure is designed to clearly separate the costs of the platform's foundational services from the consumption of resources like AI models, aiming to provide users with a transparent, flexible, and predictable cost management solution.
