中国电信(00728)发布公告，更新截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息的派付汇率及港元金额。此前宣派的末期股息每股0.0908元人民币已获股东批准，按最新汇率1人民币兑1.144387港元折算，公司预设派发货币为每股0.10391港元。
股权登记关键日期方面，除净日定为2026年6月2日，递交股份过户文件以符合获取股息分派的最后时限为6月3日16:30，暂停办理股份过户登记手续由6月4日至6月9日，权益记录日期为6月9日。股息派发日则为2026年7月8日。
代扣所得税安排方面，公告明确，非居民企业（非中国内地登记地址）按10%税率代扣代缴企业所得税；H股个人股东中，香港或澳门居民及部分税收协议国居民适用10%税率，其他情形（包括与内地签订20%税率协议或无协议的居民）适用20%税率。内地个人投资者通过港股通投资H股取得的股息，将按20%税率代扣代缴个人所得税。
