美的集团（股票代码：00300）于2026年7月6日发布公告，宣布于当日以人民币78.40元至80.03元的价格区间在深圳证券交易所回购A股合计1,009,198股，占本次回购前公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）约0.014822%。此次回购所耗资合计约8,032.58万元人民币，单股平均回购价为人民币79.5937元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）由2026年7月3日的约68.09亿股降至约68.08亿股（实际数量为6,807,774,798股），同时库藏股数量增至约1.55亿股（实际数量为154,815,609股），公司总股本仍为6,962,590,407股。回购的股份将用于未来减少注册资本。
公司在公告中强调已依据上市规则及相关法律法规完成本次回购股份相关程序，该次回购事项由公司董事会正式授权批准。公告由董事长、执行董事兼总裁方洪波签署。
