芯成科技控股有限公司于2026年6月1日发布的月报表显示，截至2026年5月31日，公司法定股本和已发行股份均未发生变动，股本结构保持稳定。
公司本月法定股本维持在2,000,000,000股普通股，每股面值为港币0.1元，对应法定股本总额港币200,000,000元。已发行股份（不含库存股）数量继续保持在1,455,000,000股，较上月无新增发行、回购、注销或库藏股变动。
月报显示，公司并无涉及任何股份期权、股权激励计划、可换股票据或其他形式的股份发行安排。截至2026年5月31日，公司股本总数与公众持股量均符合香港联交所相关上市规则的最低要求。
公司声明其所有当月涉及证券发行或库藏股转让的事项均经公司董事会正式批准并严格遵守了适用的上市规则、法律及其他监管规定。本次公告由公司董事夏源签署。
