As of the end of June 2026, the platform had received over 36.73 million valid consumer complaints cumulatively, with companies responding to more than 28.6 million and resolving over 24.27 million. In June alone, valid complaints exceeded 790,000.

To provide a more precise and timely view of complaint handling across different consumer sectors, the rankings are categorized by industry and also feature specific focus areas based on recent consumer trends, offering valuable reference points for shoppers.

Key Issue: Paid-for Game Account Rentals Unusable, Orders Uncancelable, and Unresponsive Customer Service

Several online game account trading platforms, including Zuhowang, Xubei, Shanhuo Zuhuo, Jiaoyimao, and the 7881 platform, were listed among the worst performers for customer service in the gaming transaction sector for June 2026.

This month, a consumer reported an issue on the complaint platform regarding an unresponsive customer service team at Xubei after a rented game account became unusable. The consumer stated that immediately after payment and logging into the account, a facial verification prompt appeared, preventing normal gameplay. Subsequent attempts to contact the account owner were unsuccessful, and requests to customer service to cancel the order went unanswered, with the service team being described as extremely negligent.

Important Consumer Reminders

The complaint platform assists consumers in resolving disputes free of charge. Any party claiming to be the official platform or a partner and requesting payment to resolve a complaint is engaging in impersonation and fraud. Consumers are urged to stay vigilant and promptly report such accounts to the official platform and the police.

After a complaint is filed on the platform, the dispute resolution process involves direct communication between the consumer and the complained-about company. The platform itself will not have customer service personnel proactively contact users to assist with refunds. Consumers are advised to use official channels to resolve disputes and not to trust third-party agencies or individuals offering proxy refund services to avoid being scammed. Report any fraud to the police immediately.

Official channels for filing complaints are the platform's official website, its mobile app (downloaded from legitimate app stores), and its mini-programs on WeChat, Baidu, Alipay, and Douyin.

If counterfeit accounts are discovered, the information should be sent to the platform's official email address.

To prevent personal information leakage and fraud, please note the following precautions:

1. Before submitting a complaint, carefully check if the text or image evidence exposes personal details like name, contact information, address, order number, or tracking number. Blur or hide such information in images if necessary.

2. Use official channels for dispute resolution. Do not trust contact methods or individuals claiming to be staff provided via private messages or comments within the platform. Avoid adding strangers via QQ or WeChat, and be especially wary of claims like "pay to prioritize your case" or "special channels for refunds."

3. Do not provide bank card numbers, passwords, ID numbers, verification codes, or similar information to strangers. Never transfer money via QR codes or unverified links. Report fraud to the police.

4. Be cautious of incoming calls from numbers starting with "00" (international prefixes) and do not trust the displayed caller ID name.

5. Legitimate company customer service will process refunds through the consumer's original payment channel. If asked to use alternative methods like QQ, Alipay, WeChat, or specific website links for a refund, be vigilant. Avoid providing personal information or making transfers for "unfreezing fees," "verification fees," or "deposits."

To concentrate resources and serve users more effectively, the complaint platform currently only accepts complaints related to disputes arising from actual consumer transactions, and asks for users' understanding and support.
