百胜中国控股有限公司（“公司”）于2026年3月19日发布翌日披露报表，公告其于2026年3月18日在美国与香港市场继续进行股份回购，并向部分激励计划参与人发行新股。
公司公告显示，2026年3月18日于纽约证券交易所回购56,120股普通股，每股回购价介乎美元52.96至54.14，总金额约美元2,999,978.78；同日于香港联交所回购18,100股普通股，每股价格介乎港元424至429，总金额约港元7,715,629.99。此外，公司依据其长期激励计划，向非董事级别参与人发行267股新股，发行价为每股52.76美元。
本次变动后，截至2026年3月18日，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）数目为353,242,985股。根据公司此前于2025年5月23日获批的回购授权，最高可回购37,239,649股。截至本次回购完成后，公司合计已回购22,086,104股，占授权通过当日已发行股本比例约5.93%。
公司在公告中确认，相关回购及股份发行均遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及其他适用法规要求。公告由公司联席公司秘书张玲签署。
