南华期货股份有限公司（02691）8月18日发布翌日披露报表，宣布于2026年8月18日在香港联交所场内回购H股72.3万股，占本次回购前公司已发行股本约0.4631%。本次回购价格区间为每股6.50港元至6.62港元，合计耗资约473.28万港元。
本次回购完成后，南华期货股份已发行股本由1.5610555亿股减少至1.5538255亿股，公司库藏股为72.3万股。公司此前于2026年7月16日获得购回授权，可购回股份的总数为1076.59万股，截至本次回购，已在香港联交所购回72.3万股，占授权总数约0.6716%。
公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则的相关规定，回购行为符合法律与合规要求。公告由联席公司秘书马易升签署。
