吉利汽车控股有限公司（00175.HK）于2026年2月12日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司当日回购股份。
公告称，吉利汽车于2026年2月12日通过香港联合交易所场内以每股16.77港元至17.04港元的价格区间回购普通股165.6万股，涉资约2793万港元，占公司现有已发行股本约0.0153%。回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数量为10,822,010,297股，库存股份增至9,452,000股。
据悉，此次回购依据股东于2025年5月30日批准的购回授权进行，授权总规模为1,008,392,703股。截至目前，公司合计已回购76,883,000股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本约0.76243%。
公司于公告中表示，此次回购已获董事会正式授权，并遵守所有适用的上市规则与相关法律规定。公告由公司秘书张颂仁签署。
