公告并就不同类别股东提及代扣所得税安排。境外非居民企业股东及非个人居民股东一般按10%税率代扣企业所得税或个人所得稅；无税收协定国家居民等情形按20%税率代扣；通过港股通投资H股的内地个人投资者，公司将按20%税率代扣个人所得税。内地企业投资者通过港股通持有的H股，公司将不代扣税款，由企业自行申报缴纳。
