REM Group Releases AGM Circular Covering Share Mandates, Director Re-election and Auditor Retention

REM Group (Holdings) Limited published its latest corporate communication—a circular dated 22 May 2026—on the company website and on HKEXnews.

The circular outlines four key items that will be put to shareholder vote at the forthcoming annual general meeting: 1. A general mandate authorising the Board to issue new shares. 2. A separate mandate permitting share repurchases. 3. The re-election of existing directors. 4. The re-appointment of the current external auditor.

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to access the document electronically via the “Investor Relation” section of www.rem-group.com.hk or HKEX’s website. Those who previously opted for hard copies will receive printed versions by post.

Shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other nominees may provide a functional email address to these intermediaries to receive future electronic notifications.

Requests for printed copies of the current circular—or for future corporate communications—can be submitted to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email at is-ecom@vistra.com. The option to receive printed materials remains valid until 31 December 2026 unless revoked or superseded.
