家具及家居配饰销售本期录得约2,497万港元，同比略有下降，主要受香港零售端需求放缓所致。买卖零件及自动化设备销售实现约3,893万港元，同比大幅增长逾300%，主要源于中国内地附属公司贡献的快速提升。分销及许可费收入录得约180万港元，同比提升约80%。食品及饮料收入约143万港元，同比下降22.3%。租金收入增长至8.7万港元，规模相对较小但同比增幅明显。
