赛富时的客户体验未达管理层期望 -- 市场观察

10月14日,美国东部时间 - 赛富时正在其AI产品上进行创新,但客户体验仍未能符合管理层的美好评论,D.A. Davidson的分析师Gil Luria和Clark Wright表示。分析师称,客户反馈赛富时的Agentforce AI代理平台在规模化上“成功有限,部分原因是客户相关的技术瓶颈和在实现AI以达到预期商业成果方面遇到的问题”。客户们仍处于赛富时AI技术的早期采用阶段,因此分析师认为,这一技术在2027年前可能不会成为公司的主要驱动力。同时,分析师指出,赛富时计划到FY30实现超过10%的有机增长复合年增长率的目标可能过于雄心勃勃。在早盘交易中,赛富时股价上涨7%。(nicholas.miller@wsj.com)
