上海复旦微电子集团股份有限公司(01385)发布更新公告，其截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期普通股息已于2026年5月22日获股东大会批准。本次股息宣派额为每10股0.58元人民币。
根据公告，H股股东将按1人民币兑1.1451港元的汇率折算，对应派息为每10股0.66416港元。通过沪港通及深港通投资的内地个人股东则直接以人民币派发股息。
目前，此次末期股息的除净日、股份过户文件递交截止日期、暂停办理股份过户登记日期、股权登记日及股息派发日均有待公布。
在代扣所得税方面，公告对不同股东类型明确了预扣税率：非居民个人股东（非中国内地登记地址）中，香港居民或其他与中国达成10%股息个税协议的国家居民适用10%税率，其他无税收协议国家居民适用20%税率；非居民企业股东（包括以代理人名义登记的H股）适用10%税率；通过沪港通及深港通投资的内地个人股东适用20%税率。
