知乎（股票代码：02390）于2026年4月2日发布公告称，公司于2026年4月1日（美国时间）在纽约证券交易所回购328,488股A类普通股，约占公司现有已发行股本总数的0.122%。回购价格介乎每股0.92美元至0.9433美元，总金额约30.77万美元。
公告显示，知乎已发行股份总数为269,862,884股（包括254,416,106股A类普通股及15,446,778股B类普通股），本次所回购股份尚未被注销。根据2025年6月25日获得的购回授权，授权总数为26,300,429股，公司迄今累计回购4,050,102股，占该授权通过当日已发行股本数目的1.54%。
公司表示，此次回购行为符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定。上述公告由公司秘书刘绮华签署。
