心动有限公司（股票代码：02400）于2026年4月8日公告称，当日于香港联交所回购普通股120,000股，每股回购价介乎港币63元至64.8元，合计耗资约7,665,168港元（约766.52万港元）。根据此前于2025年5月29日获得的购回授权，公司可回购股份总数为49,167,523股，截至目前已回购3,609,600股，占购回授权通过日已发行股本约0.7341%。
同日，公司因购股权计划行使向合资格参与者增发1,000股普通股，发行价为每股港币20.29。此外，公司当日注销先前回购的2,000,000股普通股，占变动前已发行股本约0.4045%。本次股份变动后，公司已发行股本由4月2日的494,429,564股变动为492,430,564股，库藏股数为零。
