ACESO LIFE SCI (00474) announced that all conditions under the subscription agreement were fulfilled on March 3, 2026, and the transaction was completed on the same date in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. Following the completion, IFGL will not become a subsidiary of the company but will be accounted for as a financial asset measured at fair value through other comprehensive income. Upon completion, 1.476 billion consideration shares have been allotted and issued to IFGL's nominee.
