MPACT Management Ltd. said on Aug, 21 2026 that subsidiaries of Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT) have signed a 100 million Singapore dollar multi-currency loan facility. The facility is guaranteed by DBS Trustee Limited, acting as trustee of MPACT.

The agreement includes mandatory prepayment conditions that could be triggered if MPACT’s manager resigns or is removed without the lender’s written consent, if a replacement manager is not appointed according to the trust deed, or if the manager or its replacement ceases to be wholly owned by Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd.

Should any of these events occur, up to about 5.822 billion Singapore dollars of MPACT’s total borrowings—including the fully drawn facility—could become subject to repayment.

MPACT said none of the specified conditions have been breached to date.
