7月7日，宏华集团有限公司（00196）公告称，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目及现有资料的初步评估，公司预计期内将录得归属于股东的亏损约人民币2,000万元至4,000万元；而上一财年同期则录得归属于股东的溢利约人民币3,709.50万元。
公司指出，本期预期转亏的主要原因包括： 1. 地缘政治及宏观经营环境影响。中东地区局势持续动荡导致公司在当地的钻井设备、海工船舶及钻井工程服务业务拓展受压，营业收入和利润显著低于预期；国际贸易物流受阻及供应链成本上升进一步压缩综合毛利率。 2. 汇率波动带来汇兑损失。报告期内，人民币对美元汇率走强，使公司持有的美元资产及外币应收项目产生较大汇兑损失，尽管已采取调整结汇策略、远期结售汇及外汇套期保值等措施，仍无法完全抵消负面影响。
公司表示，目前正编制2026年上半年中期业绩，相关详情将于中期业绩公告中披露。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时应审慎行事。
