CiDi Inc. (3881) Announces Updated Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Jan 28

On 27 January 2026, CiDi Inc. (Stock Code: 3881) released an announcement detailing new arrangements for distributing corporate communications in accordance with the Listing Rules. Under these updated provisions, crucial documents such as annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, circulars, proxy forms, and other relevant materials will be provided primarily in electronic form.

The company plans to email all actionable corporate communications directly to shareholders who have provided a valid email address. If no email address is on file or if the address is not functional, printed copies will be sent instead. In addition, shareholders are encouraged to monitor the company’s website (www.cidi.ai) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk) for the most up-to-date publications, as the company will not issue separate notices alerting shareholders to new postings on these websites.

CiDi Inc. also provides an online form, accessible via a QR code until 26 February 2026, for shareholders to submit or update their email addresses. Alternatively, any shareholder may still receive printed copies of corporate communications by submitting a written request or sending an email to the designated share registrar service. These updated dissemination measures reinforce the company’s commitment to efficient, transparent, and environmentally responsible practices.
