Hong Wei Asia Holdings Company Limited announced that all ordinary resolutions tabled at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 26 May 2026 were passed by poll with 100% approval.

• Voting profile: Of the 73.72 million issued shares entitled to vote, 22.09 million shares (29.95% of issued share capital) were represented at the meeting. Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer.

• Key resolutions adopted: – Adoption of the audited financial statements and reports for the year ended 31 December 2025. – Authorisation of directors’ remuneration. – Re-election of Ms. Liu Yan (executive), Mr. Chen Gang (non-executive), and independent non-executive directors Mr. Cheung Wai Yin Wilson, Mr. Guo Ensheng and Ms. Zhao Jianhong. – Re-appointment of Messrs.
