Workday一季度业绩超预期，但增长前景依然黯淡
5月23日，应用软件公司Workday发布2026财年第一季度业绩。财报显示，第一季度总营收为22.4亿美元，较去年同期增长12.6%，市场预期22.2亿美元；订阅营收为20.59亿美元，较去年同期增长13.4%；非GAAP摊薄后每股收益为2.23美元，分析师预期为2.01美元，去年同期的1.74美元。
Workday预计第二季度订阅收入为21.6亿美元，与分析师预期基本持平。公司首席财务官赞恩·罗表示，在当前不确定的经济环境下，公司将继续专注于执行力，并重申了2026财年订阅收入达到88亿美元的指引。这一谨慎的态度反映了人力资本管理行业正面临企业客户支出疲软的挑战，主要是由于经济不确定性对科技预算造成压力。
此外，公司宣布了一项新的10亿美元股票回购计划，显示了管理层对公司长期发展的信心。
财报发布后，Workday美股盘后下跌逾6%。
