JD Logistics (2618) Announces 24.1% Revenue Increase in Q3 2025

JD Logistics, Inc. (Stock Code: 2618) reported revenue of RMB55.08 billion for the three months ended September 30, 2025, representing a 24.1% year-over-year increase. The company’s net profit reached RMB1.96 billion, compared to RMB2.44 billion for the same period in 2024, while non-IFRS profit stood at RMB2.02 billion. Non-IFRS EBITDA was RMB5.32 billion, with a margin of 9.7%.

Integrated supply chain customers contributed RMB30.13 billion of revenue, surging 45.8% year-over-year. Revenue from external integrated supply chain customers grew to RMB8.9 billion, rising 13.5%, supported by steady growth in the number of customers and average revenue per customer across multiple industries. The cooperation with a home appliance brand expanded upstream to factory-to-warehouse processes, reducing transit steps and leveraging digitalization for real-time in-transit updates.

Overseas business saw continued development as JD Logistics replicated its warehousing and integrated supply chain capabilities in international markets. For instance, the company provided integrated logistics solutions for a well-known new energy vehicle brand’s spare parts warehouse in Dubai, helping shorten parts delivery cycles across the Middle East and North Africa. The launch of a Shenzhen–Singapore cargo route further bolstered the company’s Asia-Pacific network.

As of September 30, 2025, JD Logistics operated over 1,600 self-operated warehouses and utilized over 2,000 third-party owner-operated cloud warehouses, with aggregate gross floor area exceeding 34 million square meters. Recently, JD Logistics acquired local on-demand delivery services from JD Group for approximately US$270 million, aiming to strengthen last-mile delivery capabilities. In the twelve months ended September 30, 2025, the total expenditure for human resources reached RMB103.9 billion.
