CHINA JICHENG (01027) announced that the board of directors has proposed changing the company's English name from "China Jicheng Holdings Limited" to "Asia Strategy Digit Technology Holdings Limited." The Chinese dual-foreign name will be adopted as "亚洲策略数字科技控股有限公司" (proposed company name change).
