Rich Goldman Announces Release of 2025/26 Interim Report and Switch to E-Delivery of Corporate Communications

Rich Goldman Holdings Limited disclosed that its 2025/26 Interim Report is now publicly available in both English and Chinese on the websites of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company (www.richgoldman.com.hk).

The board, chaired by Lin Yee Man, confirmed that from 31 March 2026 the group has formally adopted an electronic dissemination model for all corporate communications in line with HKEX Listing Rules 2.07A and 2.07B and the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. Future materials—including annual and interim reports, circulars, meeting notices and proxy forms—will be provided online only.

Shareholders will receive bilingual e-mail notifications on each publication day; those without a registered e-mail address will be informed by post. Investors preferring hard copies can obtain them free of charge by submitting the prescribed reply form or contacting Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Hopewell Centre, Wanchai, or via richgoldman.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

Non-registered shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited are advised to supply valid e-mail addresses to their intermediaries to ensure electronic receipt of future company documents.
