香港兴业国际集团有限公司于2026年1月2日发布截至2025年12月31日的月报表。公告显示，公司法定注册股本维持在4,000,000,000股（面值每股0.25港元），对应总额10亿港元，与上月一致。普通股已发行股份数依旧为1,485,301,803股，库存股份为零，整体股本结构保持稳定。
报告同时披露，公司在本月并无新增发行、购回或注销股份事项。就股份期权方面，2011年股份期权计划尚有34,870,000份未行使期权保持不变；2021年股份期权计划出现85,000份期权因行使期届满而失效，剩余77,680,000份未行使期权。期权失效并未导致新的股份发行，也无股份回购或转为库藏。
截至月末，公司股本总数未发生任何实质性变动。公司表示已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的上市规则及相关法规。公告由公司秘书梁慧芬签署。
