Food Empire nine-month revenue climbs 23.9% to record S$576.0 million

Food Empire Holdings announced that revenue for the nine months ended Sep, 30 2025 rose 23.9 per cent year-on-year to about 576.0 million Singapore dollars, surpassing the previous record.

Revenue for the three months ended Sep, 30 2025 increased 28.3 per cent to approximately 206.0 million Singapore dollars. The quarterly performance was supported by stronger sales in the Russia segment, which advanced 48.8 per cent to roughly 69.1 million Singapore dollars, and in the Ukraine, Kazakhstan and CIS segment, which expanded 39.2 per cent to around 56.6 million Singapore dollars.

For the nine-month period, segment turnover stood at about 180.9 million Singapore dollars for Russia (+30.7 per cent), 154.6 million Singapore dollars for Southeast Asia (+20.8 per cent), 148.9 million Singapore dollars for Ukraine, Kazakhstan and CIS (+26.2 per cent) and 73.6 million Singapore dollars for South Asia (+20.3 per cent).

In Jul, 2025 the company committed roughly 50.0 million Singapore dollars to expand its spray-dried soluble coffee plant in Andhra Pradesh, India; completion is targeted for end-2027 and will raise capacity by about 60 per cent. In Sep, 2025 Food Empire placed 17.0 million treasury shares, securing 42.8 million Singapore dollars in gross proceeds to fund growth initiatives and strengthen its balance sheet.

Ongoing projects include a coffee-mix facility in Kazakhstan scheduled for completion by end-2025 and a new freeze-dried soluble coffee plant in Vietnam targeted for 2028.
