知乎于2026年1月7日公布了截至2025年12月31日的股份变动月报表，显示公司于本月无新增发行、回购或注销，整体股本结构保持稳定。
公司注册股本方面，截至12月31日A类普通股法定数量为1,550,000,000股，B类普通股法定数量为50,000,000股，面值均维持不变，总注册股本折合约200,000美元。已发行股份方面，A类普通股约254,416,106股，B类普通股约15,446,778股，均与上月持平。
针对股权激励计划，公告显示2025年12月并无因期权或受限制股份实际新增发行或转让。2012年与2022年股份激励计划下的已授出但未行使或归属的股份数目虽有所调整（包括本月内注销的259,689股受限制股份单位），但并未导致已发行股份总数出现变化。
公司同时确认，在2025年12月的所有股份发行或变动过程中，均已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关法律规定。本次月报表由公司秘书刘绮华签署。
