At the 2025 Inclusion Bund Summit on September 11th, Ant Group Co., Ltd. CEO Han Xinyi discussed the future development of super apps and AI agents, suggesting that apps might eventually disappear as agents take over their functions. However, he noted that different super entry points will likely emerge, though their exact form remains to be observed.

Han Xinyi also highlighted Ant Group Co., Ltd.'s focus on AI technology applications, using healthcare as an example. He explained that while medical services are low-frequency, health management is high-frequency. When AI healthcare reaches its full potential, user retention becomes less of a concern. The core question is whether AI can provide professional advice like specialist doctors and help users solve problems - this is AI's ultimate goal. "For a considerable period, general large language models cannot solve vertical industry problems in such scenarios," he concluded.

He emphasized that AI cannot replace real doctors now or for a very long time. However, AI can help doctors better understand patients more comprehensively and systematically, assisting doctors in expanding from specialized to general practice, and providing grassroots doctors with useful assistants.
