ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Inc. repurchased 416,000 H-shares on 9 June 2026 via on-market transactions, paying a total of HKD 1.29 million. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 3.03 and HKD 3.20, resulting in a volume-weighted average of HKD 3.1099 per share.
Following the transaction, ImmuneOnco’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.10% to 419.80 million shares. The company’s treasury share balance rose from 265,800 to 681,800 shares, while total shares in issue remained unchanged at 420.48 million.
The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 43.15 million shares. To date, 681,800 shares—equivalent to 0.16% of the issued share base at the time the mandate was granted—have been bought back under this authorisation.
In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, ImmuneOnco is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 9 July 2026.
