狮子山集团有限公司（01127）7月21日晚间公告称，公司董事会决定，自2026年8月3日起，公司的百慕达注册办事处、股份过户登记总处及过户代理地址将更改为：Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda。
公司同时确认，其香港股份过户登记分处仍由香港中央证券登记有限公司负责，相关地址维持为香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712-1716号铺。
公告显示，截至公告日，公司董事会由执行董事刘竹坚先生、王世扬先生；非执行董事李海先生、郭俊升先生、温兆裘先生；以及独立非执行董事李效良教授、何大衞先生、伍兆安先生、吴芍希女士组成。
公司提示，相关地址变更自2026年8月3日起生效，投资者如需办理百慕达注册地及股份过户相关事宜，需按新地址进行联系。
