恒瑞医药A股涨停，H股涨幅扩大至逾17%；此前宣布与葛兰素史克达成重磅合作
7月28日，恒瑞医药午后持续拉升，A股涨停，股价创21年7月以来新高；H股涨幅扩大至逾17%，股价接近80港元。消息面上，今日早盘，恒瑞医药公告，与葛兰素史克（GSK）达成一项总潜在金额高达125亿美元的License-out合作，覆盖一款处于临床阶段的呼吸系统创新药及多达11个处于非临床阶段的候选项目。
恒瑞医药今早公布，与GSK达成协议，将HRS-9821项目的全球独家权利(不包括中国大陆、香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区及台湾地区)和至多11个项目的全球独家许可的独家选择权(不包括中国大陆、香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区及台湾地区)有偿许可给 GSK。GSK将向恒瑞支付5亿美元的首付款。如果所有项目均获得行使选择权且所有里程碑均已实现，恒瑞将有资格获得未来基于成功开发、注册和销售里程碑付款的潜在总金额约120亿美元。
此外，恒瑞将有权向GSK收取相应的分梯度的销售提成(不包括中国大陆、中国香港、中国澳门及中国台湾)。公告指出，本协议的签署有助于拓宽 HRS-9821 和多个在肿瘤、呼吸、自免和炎症等治疗领域创新产品的海外市场，为全球患者提供优质的治疗选择，也将进一步提升公司创新品牌和海外业绩。
