消息面上，四中全会公报及新闻发布会明确，“十五五”时期经济社会发展的主要目标是高质量发展取得显著成效、科技自立自强水平大幅提升等。此外，全球存储涨势持续，据报道称，三星、SK海力士两大巨头已通知客户，第四季度DRAM与NAND合同价格将上调最高30%。华西证券指出，国产化主线明晰，芯片与半导体产业迎来“热潮”。银河证券认为，短期看，AI算力需求推动国内外逻辑与存储厂商扩产，刻蚀、薄膜沉积设备需求旺盛；长期看，国产替代逻辑在“十五五”科技自强战略下更为稳固。
