China Boton Invites Shareholders to Choose Preferred Format and Language for Future Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Apr 17

China Boton Group Company Limited has notified shareholders that, under Hong Kong Listing Rules 2.07A and 2.07B, they can select how to receive all forthcoming corporate communications—including directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms.

Shareholders may elect to: 1. Access all documents electronically via the company’s website (Website Version); 2. Receive printed copies in English only; 3. Receive printed copies in Chinese only; or 4. Receive printed copies in both English and Chinese.

To register a preference, the enclosed reply form must be completed, signed and returned to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, by 15 May 2026. Local postage is pre-paid using the mailing label provided.

If no valid reply is received by the deadline, the shareholder will be deemed to have opted for the Website Version. In that case, future communications will be announced via email or post, directing the shareholder to the relevant materials on the company’s website.

Shareholders can change their election at any time by notifying the registrar in writing or via email (3318-ecom@vistra.com). Printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon request if electronic access proves difficult.

English and Chinese versions of all corporate communications will remain available on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) and China Boton’s corporate website (www.boton.com.hk). For questions, shareholders may contact Tricor Investor Services Limited on +852 2980 1333 during business hours.
