中国农业银行股份有限公司（01288，简称“农业银行”）8月21日公告，公司拟于2026年8月28日发布2026年中期业绩，并于当日17:00–18:00通过网络直播形式召开业绩发布会。
本次业绩发布会将就2026年中期业绩及经营情况与投资者、分析师和媒体进行交流，并回答投资者普遍关注的问题。届时，本行行长王志恒、独立非执行董事代表及高级管理人员将出席会议。

公告显示，截至公告日期，公司执行董事包括谷澍、王志恒、刘洪、林立；非执行董事包括周济、张奇、张洪武；独立非执行董事包括吴联生、汪昌云、鞠建东、庄毓敏、张琦、王沛诗。
公司秘书刘清代表董事会签署本次公告。
