紫金矿业集团股份有限公司（02899）8月27日发布公告称，针对8月26日10时30分左右尼泊尔一侧发生泥石流并波及西藏日喀则市吉隆县吉隆口岸的灾情，公司董事会已通过决议，向灾区捐赠人民币1,000万元。该笔捐款将用于当地紧急救援、受灾群众安置及灾后重建等相关工作。
公告显示，目前救援行动正在全力推进。公司表示，本次捐赠旨在积极履行社会责任，与社会各界共同支持灾区恢复工作。
