完美医疗健康管理有限公司（01830）9月30日公告称，独立非执行董事季志雄已辞去公司独立非执行董事、薪酬委员会主席及审核委员会及提名委员会成员职务，变动自2026年9月30日起生效。季志雄表示，希望将更多时间投入其他业务。公司披露，季志雄与董事会并无意见分歧，亦无任何需提请股东或香港联合交易所有限公司关注的事项。
同日，公司宣布委任独立非执行董事戚世昌为薪酬委员会主席，自2026年9月30日起生效。调整后，薪酬委员会成员为戚世昌（主席）、徐慧敏及曹依萍。
公告显示，截至2026年9月30日，公司董事会由四名执行董事欧阳江、欧阳慧、欧阳虹、苏显龙，以及三名独立非执行董事徐慧敏、曹依萍、戚世昌组成。
