In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 20 August 2026.

The filing confirms that all repurchases were executed in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements, and no treasury shares are held post-repurchase. The number of issued shares on record remains unchanged at 14.17 billion pending formal cancellation of the repurchased stock.
